We bought our kitchen from DIY Kitchens around a year ago and have been very happy with it since. Our kitchen is very small, but now very stylish all the same. The build quality and finish of the units and doors is excellent. The ordering process was also good and it was to our benefit that the DIY procedure didn't allow the order to go through until it had been checked/confirmed at their end. I found the kitchen cabinets from DIY kitchens to be very well made and of a high quality at least equivalent to other high-end kitchens. All cabinets were delivered on time as specified and nothing was missing. A few extra parts required during construction were sent promptly and at no extra cost. Over 6 months on from fitting, the units have lived up to expectations - everything still runs smoothly and it is very easy to clean which was a key requirement. Would highly recommend

DIY Kitchens were recommended to us. We asked for samples which were excellent, the price was by the cheapest. This had no bearing on the quality which was superb. Ounce ordered it took approximately 7 weeks to deliver. Everything was well packaged and the delivery people were excellent, put it exactly where we wanted it, ready fir installation. There was only one hiccup, the wrong cornice was delivered, but we only waited several days for a replacement so didn't hold up installation.

We had a fabulous experience with DIY kitchens. From start to finish we found their customer service excellent, their ordering procedure was hassle free and the delivery schedule and drivers were spot on. The quality of the units and worktops supplied by DIYK was superb. We didn’t shop around so couldn’t compare prices against others but I have heard many people who have looked at other kitchen companies saved thousands by going with DIY Kitchens. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again ☺️

Whilst I am thrilled with my new kitchen which has exceeded all my expectations I do feel it only fair to highlight for others to be aware.
We opted for a bespoke colour of unit and have found the paint finish to be very poor indeed. You only need to touch the surface and it flicks off revealing a white finish. We were aware that a bottle of touch up was included, this however is nowhere near enough and with no option of being able to reorder this special 2 part touch up we have no option but to go with the standard Farrow & Ball colour we chose.
I am disappointed that despite the added extra cost we paid, the bespoke colour is painted on top of a pre finished surface giving an inferior adhesion, especially to the edges. Had we chosen one of standard colours displayed at the DIY kitchen showroom in Pontefract I think we would have had a far more robust paint job. This I hope will serve as a warning to other people

Awful. Arrived late. Over 30 items had chips, damage, scratches or just put together poorly. Part of the order had painting issues, they resent this parts out six times (all with the same issue) before they actually checked the warehouse to find out it was a problem from their overseas supplier. All in, it took five months to finally get my whole order delivered.
Customer service are always very polite but appear to have no ability to do anything. They claim to look into issues and promise to ensure things will be fixed but they were just ignored by the dispatchers in their warehouse.
