If I could, I'd give this company zero stars.
They provided me with used and faulty goods and refused to communicate with me when I complained and returned the goods.
When I returned the item they simply returned it to me with no communication and ignored all of my emails and photos showing the damage.
The person I spoke to with my original complaint was extremely rude and refused to discuss it. Thankfully, all other communication was by email meaning that I had all the proof I needed to claim my money back from my credit card company.
I wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering as there have been others who experienced similar issues on Google and Trustpilot.
Although I got my credit card money back, I am still out of pocket because of the costs involved in returning the goods, and a plumbers bill.

I've yet to install the bath which I must admit looks to be spot on along with the panel and toilet seat. Customer service is none existent though. Lies, lies and more lies. I was told 4 weeks for delivery as the bath is a special order, fair enough. 7 weeks later after countless phone calls it tuns up, constantly told it was sent 2 days ago. It turned up with a 24hour courier label. The bath was missing the grab handles that were part of the order! More lies and phone calls they turn up 4 weeks later, again with a 24hour couier label although they were sent "3 days ago". Buy at your own peril, I won't be buying from here again

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

The level of unprofessionalism within this company is really shocking!
The customer service is of the WORST I’ve ever experienced in my life!!

From start to finish this whole process has been a living nightmare:

- First off, it took them WEEKS to deliver the sink & toilet. Making excuses at every turn!
- It was then delivered to the wrong address WITHOUT being signed for, so I had no idea it was up at another house! I then had to move 4 big boxes on my own!!!
- The plumber installed the toilet and when he came back the next day the toilet had leaked and flooded my bathroom! It had not been glazed right and was porous, which was denied by this company and they blamed the plumber!!! (Bear in mind he’s been plumbing for 30+ years and knows exactly what he’s talking about and doing!!). This company denied it was porous and were refusing to take blame!
- Whoever Pat is, he has a serious attitude problem and is exceptionally unprofessional.

For the price of these bathroom suites you’d expect a 1st class service! It’s quite the opposite, absolutely dire, 0/10.

This issue is still ongoing. A couple of obnoxious email replies sent my way! Small claims court here we come it seems!!

Save yourself the headache, get your bathroom suite somewhere else, this is NOT worth it!!!!!

I was desperately trying to get a discontinued wash basin and Pat sourced one for me. It was the only one in the country.!
He was knowledgeable and very patient with me due to my nervousness.
It arrived next day extremely well packaged exactly as promised.

Avoid........The 'matching toilet seat' is actually just a painted white seat, and the paint chips off after just a few weeks. Appalling. Whatever happened to good honest traders supplying a good quality product?

Update 6th Feb.

In response to the comment left by the retailer, I can confirm that it is this firm. I have submitted photographs of the painted toilet seat and lid but have heard no acknowledgement from them. They say they don't paint toilet seats but they certainly sell them. They are very poor standard and stand no wear or cleaning. Until this matter is resolved my one star review stands and I'd not recommend them unfortunately.
I'll be happy to remove the review or positively update it when this matter is resolved favourably.

Purchased a new Hand Basin for my bathroom - perfect match - plus new toilet seat - also perfect match to our bathroom - which we have had for about 15 year - Would recommend Discontinued Bathrooms - We collected our items and very pleased with the service received from the Gentleman in the warehouse - who was very polite and helpful. Goods wrapped perfectly to protect them while we travelled back to the North East.

Ordered bath and two panels. All arrived at but very poorly packaged. Long bath panel scuffed in aesthetically prominent area. Contacted Nationwide via email/online form and attempted to call on more than one occasion - have been ghosted by them. Bath and panels nearly £600. Very poor customer service. Should have read the recent reviews. I would hope they are trustworthy but the alarm bells are ringing - credit card company informed.
