Very polite, friendly and helpful. I ordered my panels and trims and was back and forth swapping trims because I changed my mind as I was installing the panels. This was no trouble at all to the owner, I returned 2 unused packs of panels and was refunded with no questions asked. Would definitely recommend Direct Bathrooms.

This company is really reliable and has a good knowledge of their products. We have refitted a toilet and en suite, all the products are of very good quality. Highly recommend and really good after care too. They didn't ignore any of our queries even after we d paid and received it all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Absolute joke, their "all inclusive bath packages" are whatever they have left over in the warehouse thrown together. Although the bath is good quality the bath panel didn't fit the bath by miles! We bought a 1700mm bath and a 1800mm panel, we drove an hour and a half to collect and when we called to explain the panel doesn't fit the bath we were passed from pillar to post with excuses like "we only sell one type of panel, the panel has to be cut to size" (bare in mind the ends are molded) etc. After a phone call with our builder we were eventually offered a £20 refund if we were willing to drive an hour and a half to return the wrong panel provided to begin with! We'd have been more than happy to return the panel if we were being offered one that would fit. THE ONLY REASON I'VE LEFT ONE STAR IS BECAUSE THERE IS NOT AN OPTION TO DO OTHERWISE! Terrible company to deal with not worth the hassle, communication is awful and taking responsibility for the wrong goods and services is none existent.
