Diamond Kitchens were recommended to me by another local company and I’m so glad they made the recommendation. The Diamond Kitchen team are all fantastic, from the start of the kitchen design process to the aftercare. Our kitchen is something that I couldn’t ever have dreamed of and I’m sure I would not have got if I had gone with another company. I am extremely pleased with my new kitchen. Although it's a small room Susan managed to fit in all the items from my wish list to make it more accessible and user friendly. Susan was also very helpful, changing the design a few times until we got it right and using her experience helping me chose the colour combinations. Susan @ Diamond Kitchens loves her job & it is apparent in everything she does. The attention to detail was second to none, she gave me so many ideas & thought of little things that I’d not considered that made a huge difference & made the most of the space. She was always at the end of the phone or a text- and nothing was too much for her. She designed three kitchens for me & no doubt she will help me design more in the future. We are delighted with our kitchens and would absolutely recommend her.

We approached Susan at Diamond Kitchens after a recommendation on a post on Facebook. We have never ordered a kitchen, so were complete novices to the process, but Susan was very helpful and explained everything. We did have other quotes from other suppliers, but went with Susan as we trusted her and felt she listened to us. This was not the case with other kitchen designers. This was why we went with Susan as well as the fact that the kitchen is very well made and good value. Susan's communication in the run-up to the removal and installation was first class!
Jake, Mark and Kane removed our old kitchen and installed our new one. They were efficient, professional and helpful. Towards the end of the install, they gave us a tutorial on how certain parts of the kitchen worked or could be modified
The aftercare was great as well, with Susan checking in on us. We had a couple of snags that were rectified within the week. We would recommend Diamond Kitchens to anyone who asks us. I have attached some photos on how the kitchen was after the install. We are currently still waiting for the finishing touches to be made

We used Diamond Kitchens on recommendation from our builder and couldn't be happier with the results.
The service we received was excellent, from the outset, and one which we would never have received from any of the larger mainstream suppliers. The choice and quality of the product range was far better than what we were shown elsewhere with all sorts of extras thrown in as standard. Pricing was very competitive which allowed us to have a much higher specification of kitchen while staying within our budget.
Susan designed, supplied and installed our kitchen and made the whole experience stress and hassle free. We were regularly updated throughout the process and knew exactly what was going on at all times.
The installation was carried out by Jake and Kane. They were both very attentive and fitting was carried out to a really high standard. Both very nice chaps and even helped us out with some extra bits we threw at them. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
Hopefully we won’t need a new kitchen for 20 years but we wouldn’t hesitate to use Diamond Kitchens again. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I have previously dealt with Susan on many times, she is always extremely professional and personal. If you are looking at larger national companies then I would highly reconsider. Not only do you get your ideal kitchen, you’re not hassled with sales/ unnecessary calls. Susan has it all covered!
