Logging of the parcel and contents was quickly and professionally processed by the staff. However the store layout is poorly laid out as there is no provision for space for a customer to pack their box. There was one small trolly which would have been ideal but it was full of items to be put on the floor and even after I asked several times if I could have it for putting my box in it and packing my items as I had done previously I was told there are only baskets. I tried to perch my box on top of a pile of bags on top of a photocopier but everything fell on the floor. At that point I went to the manager and asked for help. Then my box was packed on the cramped counter area which other customers were using to pay for their items Ryman need to consider if they wish to continue providing DHL and if so, allocate space for packing It wouldn't need to be much of an area only the width and depth of a box. I am sending a box to my family overseas and bring some items to the store and fill a box with a variety of Ryman items - this time it was too much of a challenge
