I had an important (to me) document to send internationally. I had tried several other companies and was disappointed with their offhand approach and lack of knowledge. So this morning I tried DHL at Ryman's on Westgate Street in Bath.
I was greeted straightaway by a quietly competent young man called Alex. He explained clearly what I needed to do, and allowed me all the time I wanted to be sure the documents were correctly signed and prepared for delivery. He did all this, I noted, while also remaining aware of other customers in the shop and ensuring that they were either attended to or knew that he would serve them soon.
After the envelope was signed and put aside for pick up, I received an email from Ryman's explaining what would happen and when, and with all the details for me to check.
It isn't possible to imagine a better service! Thank you, Ryman's, and thank you, Alex.
