Mehreen was covering a shift from hampstead in golders green. She was absolutely amazing, her customer Service was exemplary, taking time to walk me through the process of sending goods to the Philippines. I am not happy with the service. I went to that shop on the 19th September to have the screen of my phone replaced. I have paid £55 to get the screen replaced. . The new screen that has been installed broke the same day. I haven't even dropped my phone. The screen was just bad quality. I went back to that shop the next day to get a refund or to have the faulty screen replaced again with a better quality screen but the owner refused. He is very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back again. My advice : stay far away from that shop

Worst shop ever owner is very rude DO NOT GO it’s a scam he puts a cheap dodgy screen on and and when you go back to tell him he says no update your phone and refuses to fix it STAY AWAY FROM THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A PHONE SHOP
