Had decorating stuff delivered to my daughter's house including paint, the driver chucked everything over the back gate and burst the paint...how unprofessional can a person be! Why on earth would anyone throw anything heavy over a gate. Absolutely fuming as I now have to buy some more.

I sent the parcel to uk from dtd express and they gave very good customer service and they asked me, they will deliver the parcel in 5-6 working days but they Delivered in just 4 days, I really appreciate that. I personally recommend you all to send your parcel from either Indian to UK or Uk to anywhere in the world, this is very good and professional service.

The person attending was just not able to sell me the DHL product I wanted and showed him on the internet with my mobile. He started to remeasure a number 1 DHL standard envelope and try to ask me more than the DHL standard value. At the end just told me that the DHL product I wanted didn't exist... I went to other DHL express service point and they just sold me without any problem the product I wanted to buy. Don't go here, just a waste of time.
