Exceptional service from Mike and his team ! I had left a number of items in the back of my car hire which they would not send onto me even though I was in York and the car had been returned to Basingstoke. One phone call with Mike and he agreed to go and collect them on my behalf, package them up and send them on the same day ! What a service, customised for my needs which is very rare these days. Thank you again Team !
