I happened to see the shower panel on their site - it was exactly as I wanted with 10mm glass and at a decent price. However, the delivery experience was disastrous, it took two months (glass arriving one month, profile pack after another 6 weeks and only after chasing), and then too only two parts arrived and no one available on the phone now! No return panel on the shower screen still, only two holes in glass. 🤨 Anyone live in Barnsley

Ordered a 50mm shower waste outlet and paid with Paypal, received a 90mm shower waste which of course was useless, requested a refund but was told that I had to pay for the return of the incorrect item before they would issue a credit. Went though the Paypal resolution process and 4 weeks later got a refund but only for the original cost NOT the £7.34 it cost me to to return an item that was incorrectly sent.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CON ARTISTS

Horrific. Do not use. All bad reviews are correct. Promise delivery date doesn't turn up. After 3 times being given a delivery date, told they do not deliver to my address. I had to ring them up to find this out and to get new delivery dates. Cancelled order in the end. No refund. Chased god knows how many times. Couldn't get through on the phone e. Emailed countless numbers of times. Finally given a date for my refund. Guess what no refund. Contacted my bank. They got my money back SCAM ARTISTS!

Ordered my item through victoria plumbing. Class act.

pretty terrible service. I ordered (order no. NWB3/61427) the Heritage Hemsby basin taps and the corresponding Heritage Abingdon Washstand & Blenheim basin with 2 tap holes on their website, added to basket, all fine, the order confirmation confirmed all this, and they delivered only the tap and washstand. Even though their website and order confirmation state the basin is included, they then expect you to pay another £200 for something that you thought was already on the order. I don't know about you but I don't stand for this type of practice. No amount of reasoning could make them understand my frustration. No attempt to honour the original order, just provided a full refund which was my minimum expectation.

I wish I could give zero! Ordered a bath and shower, needed it quickly as our builders were waiting. The bath was in stock and would be delivered in 3 days. It wasn't so we enquired, was told it will be 5 days, it wasn't delivered. As per all the other reviews, they do not answer phones, they do not reply to messages, they lie. We are now 2 months on and never received a single reply, zero communication and no products. We thankfully used a credit card. But, regardless of the money it held up our building work for weeks as of course we didn't want to order more in case they eventually turned up, we had no way of knowing!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS.

Fantastic service - I have just received my bath and it is perfect! Although I knew what bath I was looking for, the service has been outstanding, friendly staff helped with my phone queries, delivery was super quick and on time plus the website was also easy to navigate and had clear information.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nationwide Bathrooms services and will hopefully use you again in the future !!

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a cast iron bathtub from Nationwide at the end of November 2022, with an agreed delivery date of December 21st 2022. It was part of a renovation project. In early February 2023, we realised that the bath had not been delivered. When I contacted Nationwide, they informed me that the bath had been discontinued! No one contacted me to inform me of that, or to offer a refund. They don't take telephone calls - only web chat and email. I emailed them several times to get a refund and they didn't bother to respond. I gave up and went to American Express, who raised a claim against them and issued an immediate credit.
