Excellent service all round from Delicate Movements. Dal and Harry were very efficient and friendly, making our move relatively stress free. They even fixed our sofa (which has been broken since a long time), so our furniture arrived in a better condition than started! Would definitely use again.

I wholeheartedly recommend Delicate Movements. We engaged the company after a friend recommended them after moving house on the wettest day of the year. We asked them to take care of all packing as well as the move itself. You hoard a lot of things when you live in the same house for 20 years, and since I work from home, there's even more than you might expect. From the outset, Jenny and her team were unfazed. They were all friendly, polite and efficient, even when I had two electricians (one on crutches!) making changes to light fittings where the removal people were packing. Communication was excellent at every stage, everything was packed perfectly and clearly labelled, and since we were moving from one of the busiest streets in Hitchin, with no space for parking, they were loading under a fair degree of pressure. I was delighted with the service we received; thank you to all of you.
