100% recommend! FANTASTIC service especially Shae who went above and beyond and his dad for the numerous deliveries! I now have 2 beautiful bathrooms and downstairs toilet finished to exactly how I wanted it. Always available on the phone and always there if something does go wrong (which was not by them) but they helped resolve and always had the right answers! Not only are they a great business but there all such lovely people as well. Thank you very much and WELL DONE for running such a great business!

Advised by our bathroom fitter to visit Debright for our bathroom, tiles and flooring and we are so glad we did.
We dealt with Shae and he was very helpful and knowledgeable.
The whole thing was delivered as promised, no problems at all. Good quality products and reasonable prices.
I would highly recommend them, and won't hesitate to buy from them again.

Very disappointed with the Debright tile purchase. The tiles which were delivered were completely different from our order - they weren't even the same size. Although they did quickly rectify this with a re-order (hence the extra star) no compensation was offered for the extra cost for tiling. Then we discovered that 1 box of the re-ordered tiles were faulty. We could have re-ordered them but it was too late by then. Again no compensation. Where was the quality control and order checking? Non existent.

We came to Debright Tiles after a recommendation from someone we know. We had the best experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We went needing a new design of tile for our bathroom and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, finding us exactly what we needed!

Fantastic experience and service from Debright Tiles. Shay helped provide advice re shower trays, glass, tile types and possible combinations. Ordered sample tiles and furniture panels and surfaces so we could see how they would look in our bathroom and then gave us a great deal with delivery to home. Would highly recommend for tiles, furniture and around great service and advice. Thanks

Superb!! Both Des and Shay incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Huge range of tiles and great quality too not the usual rubbish like at tops tiles.
The best thing for me was their helpful advice. Sometimes you feel unless you are a tradesman people at these sort of places aren't interested but these guys are fantastic and really care about getting you the right product!
