Absolutely terrible quality from this company for what is an expensive product. Pictures below show how they thought it was acceptable that their “snagging was finished” and refuse to come out to rectify without being paid more money for their bad quality work

Day True have a very attentive & responsive team. They have looked after my kitchen renovation from start to finish, helping us iron out the kinks of the different issues that went wrong, whether it was to do with installations or contractor mistakes. I really appreciated their responsiveness throughout the process, and have ended up with a kitchen my wife loves. Would recommend their services.

Absolutely incredible company to work with, 100% recommend!

I paid for a new bathroom and it went spectacularly!
I was desperately in need of a new bathroom and I took the risk of using this company. It was definitely a risk worth taking because my new bathroom looks amazing.

There weren't any mishaps, everything came in perfect condition, was fitted exactly to the plans, and was fitted inside of the allotted time schedule.

I had full transparency and great communication from the team working on my bathroom which is great because a lot of companies fail to do this basic thing and as a customer it's definitely a nice feeling to be kept in the loop with what is going with the project.

Once again I would definitely recommend you to use this company.

My kitchen was designed by the Chelsea team, however I was encouraged to view the Wimbledon Showroom to be inspired and get new ideas... and wow I was!

You would never know from the outside that there are 4 floors- it's amazing! I highly recommend visiting and speaking to the team if you are thinking of renovating your kitchen or bathroom.
