I visited Dale Bathrooms in October 24, initially for ideas for a new bathroom. After speaking to Tom and sharing my bathroom measurements I left having paid a deposit for a full new bathroom. The service that I received from Tom was outstanding and he put me at ease whilst advising me along the way. Fast forward to January 25 I met Mark the builder who became part of the family for three and half weeks. I can’t sing his praises enough!! He is exceptional with his workmanship, paying attention to detail and discussing every step as he worked to ensure I was happy. I didn’t actually think men could clean but he is certainly a protectionist! Haha. My bathroom is absolutely stunning, we came across many hiccups along the way but his advice and vision for the end result is truly phenomenal and I can’t thank him and the team enough! Please take a look at this!! Happy is an understatement!! 😬

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Dale Bathrooms. Being our first home and our first experience of renovating, we didn’t know too much about the process or what we could do on our budget, but the consultation was super thorough and the plans were better than what we ever could’ve imagined. Tony really listened to what our priorities were and how we can fit this into our budget, and came up with ideas such as a boxing feature with LEDs, which I think makes the whole bathroom and I would’ve never thought of it before. Even during the fitting, the sink top was scratched in transit, but Dale Bathrooms sorted out solutions super quickly. Had a great experience and will return for future projects

From the moment we walked into Dale Bathrooms showroom we were amazed and inspired by the room sets. Tom was both knowledgeable and patient as we changed our minds several times before deciding on our new bathroom. Tom filled us with confidence and expertly guided us through the process and installation programme. Adam and his expert team of fitters were amazing, respecting our home and leaving it clean at the end of each day.
The finished product is fabulous and we would not hesitate in recommending Dale Bathrooms.

I went there yesterday after I heard a radio advert because I need a new bathroom and also because I like supporting local businesses. I took my own measurements before i went there. I paid my deposit, and I was told that the fitter will contact me and visit my home and take measurements, and then I will be invited back to finalise. We were served by Tom.
I will update my review in more details once I have everything fitted. I have seen some bad and good reviews here. I hope that my experience will be positive 🤞🏾. My kitchen is due to be fitted in April because I want it done during school holidays so that I can have the kids out because I have a child with learning disabilities, I want minimum disruption to their daily routine.
I am rating Dale bathroom 5 stars because the showroom has a lot of beautiful bathroom ideas to choose from. We were amazed by how big the place was. Very clean, too.
I will post the before and after once it's completed☺️ and how long it will take. I am in love with what I saw. Hopefully, I will be in love with what will be delivered and fitted.

I needed a shower room refurbished and was pointed in Dale bathroom's direction, Phil took me and the Mrs through the various options and showed us everything we required, a date was set to fit the room out and was finished in a timely manner with very little disruption indeed, the products were all top quality as was the standard of the work,I am so impressed by the work that I'm considering getting my main bathroom fitted out by the team at Dale bathroom's, you certainly get what you pay for!!

Such an amazing showroom. We were spoilt for choice! Dealt with Tom from start to finish. Everything we ordered was held until we needed it. Delivered quickly when we needed it. We needed to do a couple of exchanges too but nothing was too much trouble. Tom was brilliant, from planning the bathroom to staying in contact for delivery and exchanges. After a bad experience with an online bathroom company for smaller bathroom project, we wanted to go with someone local and with a good reputation. We weren't disappointed. Highly recommend.

One week on from having our bathroom refurbished, and I can't speak highly enough of the service we received.
I heard an advert on the radio for Dale bathrooms and as we were thinking of having our bathroom refurbished, we decided to go and have a look at what they had to offer.
When we arrived at the showroom, we were greeted by Tom, who advised us on taking a note on anything we saw on our way around and how each area within the showroom was sign posted. We had a good wander around and we're amazed at the range of baths, showers, shower cubicles, tiles, flooring etc, everything and more for a bathroom. We spoke with Tom when we had finished having a walk around and told him that we would get back to him with the bathroom/toilet dimensions and said we would go back the following day.
I emailed Tom with the information when I got home and when we arrived the following day (14/02/2023), Tom had already drawn up a couple of ideas for us. We eventually decided on a shower unit (tray, screen etc), vanity unit and basin plus toilet with concealed cistern. Tom contacted the fitting team and it was agreed that the work would commence on Monday 6/3/2023.
The fitting team, Steve and Neil arrived bang on 8:00am on the Monday and immediately started to cover the carpet in the hall, stairs and landing before getting stuck in. A skip was delivered the same morning and the old fittings were removed. Another person Ian came along on the Tuesday and Wednesday to help with the work. By Thursday afternoon, everything was completed. At the end of each day the team cleared any mess.
We are really pleased with the results and the high standards of service from our initial contact with Tom, to the work carried out by Steve, Neil and Ian, plus of course the guy (sorry I never got his name) who delivered everything for us.
The great thing is that i wasn't having to buy everything then look for somebody to carry out the work. Dale bathrooms have teams of trusted people that can carry out all the work and I found this reassuring.
If you are in the market for a new bathroom, then I would definitely recommend Dale bathrooms.
