Just cleared the unit after nearly two years, so relieved to not be paying out any more but have to say these guys were just the best to deal with, nothing ever a problem and a real joy to have a business that relies on good old fashioned face to face 'human being ' contact. Always felt my stuff was safe and Lee the manager was great, constantly positive and found the time to chat always. Can you find cheaper ? of course but do you want to risk your personal belongings for a lesser service ? Not on your nelly. Cant recommend them higher.

Been Storing My Things Here For A Year Now, And Have Hod No Problems. My Stuff Has Not Been Damaged At All During The Awful Weather We've Had. The Guys Working Lee And Mark Whom I've Dealt With, Have Been Amazing. Super Friendly, Helpful And Genuinely Caring. Will Recommend And Come Back If I Need Too.

Excellent ‘one stop’ storage facility.
The location & access to the units are convenient & easy. Well laid out, and thought out, clean, dry & well maintained.
Great variety of storage options & packaging supplies.
Fairly priced.
However what really makes this a ‘stand out’ business, is the staff, polite and positive, with a very helpful ‘can do’ attitude.
Particularly Lee, who could not have done more to accommodate an urgent requirement at shore notice for a storage option. He is an absolute asset to the company, and hopefully they are aware of this.

Had one unit for 10 months and an adjacent additional unit for 3 months prior to house move. The site was always easily accessible and all our furniture including mattresses, clothing fabrics remain clean and fresh which is a big relief. Over the months I always felt our belongings were safe and secure which provided great comfort to us.

We hired padlocks, took out insurance cover and bought packing materials from Dainton and found this to be very convenient.

Above all, the team on site were always very welcoming and helpful, and I enjoyed our “chats”, this made the overall experience a very positive one. I would like to wish them all the best for the future.

Had great advice to find the best size and position unit for my needs, always on site or contactable really helpful and friendly staff. Unit is accessible all hrs which makes it really useful and practical. Handy location and well laid out so no parking issues. I've had 2 units at this site over the last few years and can't reccomend it enough for stress free storage at great value for money.

The team at Dainton ( especially Lee) in Barnstaple are kind, efficient and helpful.
I have been supported by the team over the last ten years. They take time to ask you how you are ,as well as helping with finding great storage. I've never had any issues with the Storage facilities.
I've had a tiny storage unit and the larger indoor units which are dry and secure. I've rented a large ' whole house' container unit when my daughter moved house. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Ask for ground floor if you struggle with stairs ! My units were always easy to access. Thanks everyone !
