Amazing service from Lewis and his manager Sean. They very patiently and clearly explained the differences between the various televisions on display and really helped me to decide which to purchase without putting me under any pressure to purchase there and then. Such a positive experience and infinitely better than shopping online - thoroughly recommended - thank you

I'm not usually a reviewer, but after visiting the Banbury store with an issue with a recently purchased TV, the guys there went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Efficient and knowledgeable.
I'm normally an Amazon devotee, but, l am so glad I made an in store purchase, this time on such a big item.
Many thanks.

Experienced horrifying customer service at this Curry location in Banbury. After my husband had finished paying for our items, when he reviewed the receipt, he saw that the female Curry staff working at the till charged him the regular price for an item that came from the clearance bin (there were only two left in that sales bin). My husband went back to inquire why he was overcharged, and a different staff member assisted despite the original cashier who helped; she was standing right there next to the new one. why didn't she proceed to help do the return? It was her original cashier's entry that was entered into their sales till data system. This second counter worker clearly has poor customer service skills as he was right away rude and did not know the store inventory. He asked where the item came from, and my husband showed him the clearance bin it was located in. He saw the exact item and still questioned where it came from. He took a different model similar to the one we purchased and then went back to the sales counter to look in their data system for the price of that other item but not the one we had just bought. He returned to inform us that the one he scanned at the till matched one of the clearance bin price signs. Still, he didn't bother to find out about the item we bought and why it was the regular price when there were two of the same exact item in the clearance bin, and there was perspective price signage, yet we got charged regular full price. We decided not to keep the sales-priced item purchased that wasn't a sales item at all. When at the counter to return the non-sale the worker asked for the merchandise to be returned because he needed it to process the return. My husband replied that the worker was the one who was holding it and he had placed it back into the sales bin when we told him we will return it. My husband was totally dumbfounded when the Curry worker denied ever holding the item we had bought when he was holding it when they walked over to the clearance bin where I had joined them to find out why our receipt showed being charged full price for a sales item. I saw this male Curry worker as well put the item we had purchased back into the clearance bin once we told him we don't want to keep the non-sale item. From first-hand experience, retail shop workers, whether working on the sales floor or behind the scenes (stock worker, warehouse), need to know their products and the store merchandise sale items as they have access to their computer data system for their entire store merchandise at their disposal at any time. They must also be fully trained to process returns at the sales counter efficiently. That means he should not have put the purchased item back into the sales bin because he should know he needs it at the register to process the return of the item. It's not for us, the customers, to instruct this Curry staff on how he has to do his job correctly. This particular male Curry staff was an absolute worst and possibly on some mind fog medication to not remember only a minute ago that he walked over to the sales bin with my husband holding the purchased item. And It was outright insulting of him to make snide accusations that we were thieves and scammers. Be mindful of what you speak aloud. There are legal repercussions for making false accusations. Better store policies and procedures must be implemented to help prevent the terrible customer experience we went through. At the counter, my husband tried to remedy the receipt with this ignorant worker and was about to call a manager to the floor because this worker took too long to process the return. Luckily, the other Curry staff at the check out took notice of their unskilled coworker and straight away took him aside to finally provi

Bought a hifi 21 months ago from here. It broke. It had a two year guarantee. Took it back and was offered a refund or replacement straight away. Took the refund, since it's now £100 cheaper in John Lewis! Currys would've price matched, but they didn't have any in stock, so easier just to order it from John Lewis. And now I have another two year guarantee!

We came to the store and asked if the iPhone we needed was in stock, to which the man told us to wait, someone will come to you, and we waited an hour and asked twice when someone would come to us, as a result, after an hour, a man came to us and said that this iPhone was not in stock, just terrible service, we waited an hour to be told that it was not in stock.

An absolute horrific experience, purchased a 32 inch JVC smart tv ( amazon fire tv) after receiving the first one that didn't just a black screen that says loading for 2hrs, the. the tech support on the phone also absolutely useless can't assist in any way just tells me to go back to the store, then going to at the store they gave me a new one when testing it the store the assistant switched it on then it switches on and he asks me did it go as far as this , I said no and he says we'll then this one is fine, I get home and the tv remote won't work it won't even switch off at the power button on the tv. It's been a ridiculous product to sell in the store with terrible assistance.
