I walked in thinking I needed a few tiles, but thanks to Nick's expertise, I left with a treasure trove of tiles that would make even the most discerning interior designer weep with joy.

Nick's friendly and approachable demeanor is like a warm hug in a cold tile showroom. He sorted out a return and refund for the unused tiles, helped us get the replacements really quickly, and made sure everything else was was painless as possible.

Whenever my partner and I go Into CTD we are always met with Warren who we can't recommend enough. He already has our account loaded before we get to the counter and always asks if we need any help with anything, if we ever need any help with something more unusual like silicone colours or trim that's not stocked he always comes up with a solution.
We usually go in at a time Warren is on the counter but everyone who we've met/dealt with has been equally as wonderful!
