I made a design error. Six months after fitting Crystal took back the basin and unit and swapped for a far more suitable basin and bigger unit at ZERO cost to me. Phenomenal service delivered by two great hard working guys

Top end quality, design, service and delivery within a realistic budget.

Living locally we had received a lot of good feedback from friends in the area and had to try Crystal as we started a major house extension and refurb. They didn’t disappoint. I decided to call in person to look through the showroom and discuss next steps. Straight away Scott spent considerable time, walking me through design options and any preferences we had. Within 2 days we had finalised a design that we were excited to see fitted. We even managed a big saving, finding an ex-display suite in the showroom.

As the building work ensued Lee dealt with the detail and made sure the deliveries arrived the same day we needed them. This was a massive help as we had limited storage during the build. Any time we have been in contact, they have taken time, listened and sorted out any issues. They have also given excellent after sales, quickly replacing the few items that were damaged during shipping and offering support for any compatibility issues during the fitting.

Really impressed with the knowledge and service we got from Crystal bathrooms. We were after quite a specific shower part and they had a great range at sensible prices. We ordered on the Monday afternoon got the parts on Wednesday, plumber fitted Thursday. Product looks great and works really well.
