We popped in to Crown Bathrooms in Barugh Green, Barnsley, purely because it was local. We roamed around the showroom until we had a rough idea of what we wanted. The owner then used his wealth of experience to guide us through some of his ideas. The ace card was played when he mentioned that the whole process from choice of furniture, to fitted bathroom, could be done In-House. His bathroom engineer Liam did a superb job and got us involved in every decision regarding exact placement. We have solid floors in our old house so there was a lot of cutting to be done. He did a great job and was tidy throughout the transition. We are both very happy with the finished bathroom and would recommend a visit to Crown Bathrooms who were also very competitively priced compared to other local company's.

I don’t have words!!! Haha. I’m SO happy with my new bathroom. I went with crown due to word of mouth and the fact the photos of their work online speak for themselves. I’m so happy I did! Nothing has ever been too much trouble for any of the staff based at the store or the fitters. Aaron + his team have all been so professional. I’m Rotherham based so I know it’s been a bit out of their way. Thanks again! Now to decide what colour to paint the walls!

Would I recommend Crown? NO WAY. Absolutely shocking customer service.
This does not reflect in any way shape or form for the great guys who work for them. They are 💯 fab.

From the first friendly welcome to completion Crown bathrooms have been excellent. We chose to have a new bathroom supplied by them as after looking around at other showrooms it soon became apparent that Crown Bathrooms were the most experienced and knowledgeable. Sean talked us through our options and gave us a design to work from, and at no time did we feel under pressure to rush our decision.
Even though we went back to the showroom several times we were met with the same professional and friendly welcome. I got the distinct impression that Sean was actually more concerned with us making the right choice for our needs than making a sale and he helped suggest alternatives to optimise the space we had. Once we made our decision the supply and installation was seamless. Sorry I’ve gone on a bit but in a nutshell our dealings with Crown Bathrooms was a wonderful experience with true old fashioned service that delivered. We can’t recommend Crown Bathrooms enough.

You’ve done an absolutely fantastic job between you, and we are highly delighted.
We went everywhere in town looking at bathrooms; in hindsight we should have gone straight to Crown Bathrooms in the first place, as they had already designed and supplied 2 excellent bathrooms for my daughter (a main bathroom and an en-suite), so we already knew how good they were.
We were extremely pleased with the price we were quoted (considering the quality of the tiles and the bathroom, which includes a luxurious walk in non slip shower, the cost was actually significantly less than I expected).
We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending these companies; I promise you will not be disappointed.

Avoid at all costs! They 'designed' us a bathroom where you couldn't sit down on the toilet! After taking our money they blamed their recommended fitters, both of which agreed it wouldn't fit. Then they refused to make good their mistake without charging us handsomely for their fault.

We wanted to support a local business but chose the wrong one to support!! 0/10 for bathroom design, 0/10 for customer service 12/10 for rudeness and arrogance.

From start to finish of installation the service we received was excellent. No fancy showroom but plenty of displays to look at. No hardsell and really helpful when needed. It was great to receive a quote that was flexible that catered for both ends of the price scale.
