This Company cannot be trusted! I shipped 5 barrels & a pallet with them to Jamaica 2years ago still can’t get or see my shipment up to this day so I guess it was stolen by them or by who ever they ship it to. I been giving the runaround by them & the wharf in Jamaica. But in God we trust they will pay.

I waited all day for the driver to up the barrel. Two men final arrived at 6:30 pm. Father and son. The elderly whom is the father was very obnoxiously rude and didn’t put the seal on the barrel correctly. He put the seal on the red loop that they use to pull the barrel from corner to corner when the barrel is empty. When I tried to speak to him with logics his response was I should call the office the following day if I have any issues that needs to be addressed. CREATE SHIPPING need to ensure that their staff have the accurate Customer Service Training before staff are allocated to carry out certain tasks. It is my first time using CREATE SHIPPING. My cousin used them in past so I went along with her suggestion. I will never use CREATE SHIPPING again. I will ship my barrels with Blue Mountain Shipping this is a company I use frequently with no problems of barrel deliveries or barrels that are needed to be collected and shipped.

Very bad service lied about the shipping date waited 2 weeks for invoice to be told not sailing until following week sitting around uk for 3 weeks , I called several times asking for invoice to be told it will be sent out, didnt send out until they knew there was no return.
All my wedding items and dress are in the barrel.
I would never use this disorganisation company again.
They couldn't even spell the address right on the invoice. What a shabby company.
The Jamaica lady on the phone can't even talk properly or even find a solution. Very very poor service.

This is company that should never be trusted with your shipment, they lie about shipping dates, they expect no responsibility for your shipment.
Refused to expect they are wrong.
I wouldn't recommend anyone in there right mind to use them.
Staff are rude. They got your money don't care if shipment is delayed without telling. Not even a written apology and own it. This business shouldn't be operating,
They don't have any duty of care to there customers just your money and bulls..t promises.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing! First of all the telephone manner is disgusting on every level! I got a barrel delivered and I normally pay over the phone. So when the guy came to deliver this I told him to wait and let me settle before he goes for confirmation. He was in a rush and left. So I tried to call the company 3 times and NO ANSWER! I therefore hadn’t paid and was due to call back the following day. I called in the morning no answer again and so I left it. Whilst at work literally one after the other I’ve had 10 calls whilst at work. I answer and say it’s not convenient to talk as working not knowing who it was. The staff was soooo horrible and forgot to mute or hold the phone where they was basically slagging me off for not paying despite failing attempts to pay and the FACT that they didn’t not answer their phones as a business more than twice. Do not use these people honestly the two ladies are so rude and know how to upset customers. Better paying £38 for a barrel and shipping else where. Not worth the stress or rudeness!!! 0 SERVICE

Very poor service to say the least. Barrels left approx 3 weeks later than I was told they would. So I got the barrels near the end of my 4-week holiday, which meant that we had to spend more money on food, toiletries etc while overseas. This we didn't plan for. They also spelt my husband's name incorrectly so we had to pay a fee when clearing the barrels overseas and it took longer as more processes were now involved. Such inconvenience! Their colleague who picked up the barrels here in England couldn't answer any of the questions we asked, so not ideal if you are sending barrels for the first time and not a good image for the business. I contacted them in August and should have received a refund for the 'change of name' fee. One month later I am still waiting and had to call a second time to get it. Still waiting! Luckily I check my account regularly. Extremely unhappy with this service!

Well..called the company last week..enquired about a barrel...was told to expect delivery on sunday and that driver will call an hour before arriving. Today is tuesday and still no call no sign of any delivery of a barrel..wasted my time as i could have gone elsewhere. Would not use or recommend again and i suggest anyone who wants their business handled on time without problems dont use them..

I needed to get some items to my parents in St. Lucia and because of Covid-19 I was so anxious about the whole process as I have never shipped before. I really cannot fault them, the service was great and the staff were really helpful and reassuring. Thanks to all at Crete, I’ll definitely be recommending you!
