Attention to detail is exquisite! Really inviting welcome stepping into a cosy lit room with soft music playing on a cold February night! We ordered the fish platter for arrival and hunkered down with wine, game of scrabble and listening to the vinyls! After a full English Aga cooked breakfast (delicious), Saturday was all about heading into Cambridge for the day and night and couldn’t have been simpler! The bus stop is literally over the road and took us directly into the centre for £2! Definitely recommend heading into Cambridge this way! Last bus back 4.30pm so we ordered an Uber which cost £23 as we were there for a night out too! So much to see and do in Cambridge - beautiful city. |We chatted with the hosts many times - both extremely helpful - worth mentioning the honesty shop on site which is really sweet and the hosts also allowed us to pop our heads into The Dragonfly whilst there to check it out - really cute, unique accommodation overlooking a small lake with private little jetty for a wild swim! |Would definitely return when visiting Cambridge. It’s a peaceful escape whilst being close enough to visit all Cambridge has to offer - Grantchester is worth a visit too!

We have just returned from the perfect weekend to celebrate my partners birthday. Jo and Tim have paid attention to every little detail to make your trip as special as possible. From the welcome drinks to the cooked breakfast we full well looked after.||We were staying in the Dragonfly Cabin so had access to the swimming pond which even in the brisk spring days was still beautiful to swim in.||We will be sure to visit again in the warmer months to experience the garden and swimming pond in full bloom.||Thank again Jo and Tim, what you have created is truly beautiful

We stayed in dragonfly cabin for 3 nights and absolutely loved our stay. The cabin was beautiful and made for a perfect retreat! We love the idea of the honesty shop and can’t thank the owners enough for the delicious food they provided! Will definitely be looking to come back!

Carfts hill barn is the most wonderful stay! Recently stayed in the Cowshed for 3 nights for a baby moon. It was incredibly relaxing, so many great amenities and we had the best time. We loved the extras you can add on. Highlights included the pizza oven and getting massages in our room. Cambridge is really close by so we had a lovely wander around the city. We didn't brave the wild swimming but for sure is something we will do on our next visit! Thank you to Jo for being an amazing host.

An absolute gem of a stay! The Wildflower Wagon is beautifully designed, offering the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. Waking up to stunning countryside views and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made for such a relaxing escape. The wagon itself is immaculately clean, cosy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely stay in a lovely location. We had a little one with us which made things harder but Jo and Tim made us all feel welcome but also left us to it, so that we could have a private stay. Pizza oven outside the bedroom was a great touch. When we arrived, music was playing on the radio, lights were on and it felt like we were being welcomed home! Wifi was a bit intermittent but then again, it was worth it to get some screen free time.

We had a wonderful weekend staying in Dragonfly Cabin. It was warm and cosy. Everything we needed was provided including a scrummy home baked breakfast and they catered to our dietary needs perfectly.
We particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet and views of nature right from the bed. The wild swimming pond was a delight. We were able to enjoy Cambridge one day with expert advice from the host. Highly recommended for a quiet weekend for two.

A highlight of my recent UK trip was visiting Crafts Hill Barn for two nights and sleep in the cozy Wildflower Wagon - Jo & Tim are most gracious hosts and they have thought through even the smallest details to make your rustic getaway most enjoyable. The wild swimming pond was crystal clear with water lilies blooming and I can’t say enough good things about the wood burning bath staying warm into the evening as the sun set and the fairy lights came on. Breakfast delivered fresh daily was delicious as was the gardeners platter I thoroughly enjoyed. I reserved an electric bike for one day but was so enamored of the place I chose to stay & relax on the grounds .
I came by train and took a taxi to Crafts Hill and caught the bus that stops at the front entrance back to Cambridge with ease.
