Recommended by multiple people. We are so pleased with our kitchen from Concept Design. Diane was fantastic at finding the style we were looking for and items we wanted all within our price range. We shopped around with the usuals (IKEA and B&Q) and they do not come close! The quality of the kitchen is amazing and somehow with less cupboards we now have more space! Fitters were efficient and very helpful. Great service all round!

Nothing went well, without water down down stairs 3 weeks, fitters good but prefered to listen to concept and not the people who were paying.units wrong size but was told that was our fault, never again.

Excellent quality kitchen (from manufacturer) concept design customer care is absolutely disgusting! I had problems with the fitters they sent out in were I had newly finished walls and the kitchen fitters left chunks out the walls by not taking care then they decided to fill with silicone! Units cut to incorrect sizes even though the plan said the measurements! All in all good quality kitchen but concept design no good! No customer care, no response back from them still awaiting soft closers that were not fitted. For £5K I expected more and not have to repair walls that I had previously paid for. Shop around I say!

Today had our bedroom fitted out I absolutely love it we've had 2 kitchens fitted previously so I knew who to come to for the bedroom the fitters are the same who's done all the work they are lovely guys who never stop if you keep them going with tea 😊...Diane is so warm and welcoming I realised that from having my first kitchen so totally trusted everything she suggested and basically let her do her thing totally recommend concept 👌
