We were looking for some help in designing and selecting new wardrobes. We booked in to see Alisha who listened to our needs and designed a fantastic triple wardrobe set up in a difficult room. The images were very realistic and accurate which made the fitting by Steve the joiner easier. First class job by all and would highly recommend using them again in future projects.

To say I’m delighted with my new kitchen from Cole Roberts would be an understatement.
The choices in the Showroom were considerable, from the units to worktops, tiles and all the other components that go into making a beautiful kitchen. Luckily I had an idea in mind, but that’s not to say the design, advice and gentle help were not needed, far from it! The time and attention given to my project were truly valuable, and the fitting and project management simply perfect. Thank you Alisha you were incredible.

If I could rate Cole Roberts 6 stars I would. We found it so difficult finding a company who listened to us and responded to our questions but from day one Mike was fantastic . He planned 2 bathrooms for us, taking every little detail into account. Emails were responded to quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Our fitter Tom was a total perfectionist in every sense and we could not be happier with the end result, and it's fair to say I am extremely fussy. Would use again and recommend to anyone who is willing to pay for perfection!

It's been a year since we tried to solve problem with them. We've ordered this beautiful, expensive kitchen and it came with damaged breakfast table. Cole Roberts said that they've contacted German manufactor and repair kit is on it's way. After months waiting , emailing and being ingnored they repaired the damage with this miracle kit wich looked like a playdough and was different colour from what was needed. It started to come off and still soft few months later. Emails are being ignored again, they do not want to deal with problems! Very dissapointing! Alisha has been fantastic with designing and seeing our kitchen installed before Christmas. Its looking fabulous. Really appreciate the hard work that's continuing to ensure our kitchen is perfect. Really impressed with the quality of the kitchen- especially the colour!

I couldn’t recommend ColeRoberts enough. The whole process from start to finish has been an absolute dream. From walking into the showroom and selecting the type of products we wanted, to the actual fitting we have felt completely at ease. The design process was perfect and everything was really customisable to our needs which we loved. Catherine took the time to really understand exactly what we were after and then presented us with a VR version of our design, which really helped us picture what we were committing to. Dave who was our fitter for the job was also incredible. He was always on hand if we had any questions and was extremely knowledgeable. His attention to detail is second to none. Overall we’ve gone from our bathroom being our absolute least favourite room in the house to one of our favourites. It’s absolutely perfect and honestly brings a smile to my face every time I go in there. We look forward to enjoying it for many years to come. A massive thank you to Catherine, Dave and the rest of the team for delivering the bathroom of our dreams!
