Colemans fit my kitchen around 11 years ago. I have had no problems at all until just now when one of my kitchen drawer runners broke and I could not close it. I called up and was told to take my broken runner to the workshop and they would replace it. When I arrived, I was told they didn't use those runners any longer but not to worry and to bring my drawer to the workshop which I did. On the same day they called to say my drawer was ready for collection. It had been given 2 new sides, new runners and screws for fitting. My friend is going to attempt to fit them but again, they said no worries, if you're having trouble we will come out and sort it. This, remember, is 11 years on. Customer support is the best I have EVER received. Excellent! I would certainly recommend and will be returning myself. Just to note I have also had 2 bedrooms fitted by them too. Again, excellent service.
