Wouldn’t go anywhere else ……. I can’t praise and thank Clifton’s and especially Ryan enough for everything they did for me and my mum.. we were unfortunately got “scammed/ ripped off” by a bathroom fitter we had paid a substantial deposit to do a bathroom refit .. me and mum went to Clifton’s and picked out all our bathroom fittings they had everything we wanted and needed and more .. when the fitter failed to purchase the goods from Clifton’s and ghosted us we went to Clifton’s who had also been trying to contact him regards our goods … Clifton’s and Ryan went above and beyond to help us .. I’m disabled and my mum is over 70 so we felt helpless .. Clifton’s and Ryan really supported us even though this wasn’t their doing or responsibility and gave us a contact for a bathroom fitter who is now doing our bathroom … not only are their products first class with lots of choice for whatever budget but they are super helpful and friendly .. words aren’t enough to say how amazing support they have been to me and mum .. so thank you

Superb welcoming from all the team. First time here just to look for some tiles. Although company did not stock them, Anastasia was very helpful in offering free coffee and bacon sanswich, provided by one of her colleagues and another team member was helping me search for required tiles.
All in all a pleasure to visit and will definitely return, and not just for free sustenance!.
Well done guys. Have a good festive season and good health for 2024.

We were very surprised with the help and attention we received from the minute we walked through the door, Ryan could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful than he was, we were guided through the process in a very professional way making sure we had everything required for our contractor to refurbish our en-suite without holdups, nothing was to much trouble, we would highly recommended the company and all the products chosen look to be very good quality!

Great place and experience. I was looked after by Rayan today at the store. He couldn't have been more helpful and patient with me. I had a budget but grand ideas and Rayan helped me to come to a position where I got quality goods for an affordable price. All the staff were friendly and helpful but the gold star went to Kev. Went in with a general but vague idea of what I wanted our new bathroom to look like. I was welcomed by Janie who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very knowledgable about the products available. She also liaised with our bathroom fitter which saved me a massive headache trying to explain things. Their range was brilliant and I was easily able to choose what I wanted. I would highly recommend both the store and of course Janie. Thank you so much.

Went to look at new cloakroom toilet and basin. Staff very helpful and gave us a different idea we hadn't thought of.
