We visited four kitchen designers before finally settling on Classic. We found them really professional from the outset and the designer Denise nailed our brief almost immediately. Some minor tweaks and we were able to order the kitchen just a few weeks later. Delivery and Installation went smoothly, there was one minor dent on one piece of a unit from the manufacturer and the director Max, who i found very attentive, organised for the manufacturer to send a replacement from Germany within a week, which we were very impressed by. Now finished and we’re delighted with the result. Have already recommended Classic Interiors to two friends.

Kitchen was designed by Ranjit, making excellent use of the space. Only had to visit twice and we were very happy with the design and price. He gave great advice on the granite tops and cupboard door handles. Fitter arrived on time, completed an excellent neat job and took all the rubbish away.

We had a beautiful Kitchen designed and installed by Classics Kitchen. We had a small issue but that was immediately put right. Max intervened and Oven was replaced and the other minor fault was immediately put right. We all hear about companies boasting of their after sales service, but Classics went out of the way to satisfy our requirements and fulfil their obligation.well done. All our neighbours complements the quality and finish. Every time you enter the kitchen it makes me smile and happy. Thank you Max and Classic Team.

Overall happy with the result. Kitchen clearly a cut above average. Delivery was spot on. Service from head office very good. Fitter was the best of all. The downside was the pushy designer and salesperson who was clearly after a sale and used "hard sell" tactics and had a bit of "Del Boy" feel about him! After the sale he rapidly lost interest in responding to queries.

i had travelled the length and breadth of the midlands trying to source the best possible kitchen at the right money. We had a number of designs and none quite hit the mark and the quotes varied significantly and I was never quite satisfied about the quality, that was until I contacted Classic Interiors and i am so glad that i did. I visited the Redditch showroom back in February of this year, prior to the Edgbaston showroom opening and met with Ranjit. His design blew everything else out of the water, it was Refreshing to deal with someone with a proper design background. He duly quoted and I was impressed both with the price and the product. My property was undergoing building works, so it was not until late summer that the he installation commenced.

At every stage this company have been utterly professional, the staff courteous but above all reliable and efficient. They have a customer care team in support, who provide regular updates by telephone and email, every stage of the process is explained in detail and you ‘now exactly where you stand. The end product is exemplary, I live in Lichfield, so I am a little out of their area but this was not an issue. I was initially very cynical hearing of many horror stories about kitchen companies but I had no reason to be concerned. The end product looks fantastic, friends have commented how good it looks and having seen many kitchens prior to placing my order with Classic, I know I have a top end product that will look good for many years. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, I would be suspicious of anyone who suggests they have had a bad experience, they are a thoroughly decent company with great products and a refreshing design approach. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Ranjit from the Edgbaston showroom designed our dream kitchen and utility
room. Despite the pandemic, Ranjit and the team managed to create and fit
the perfect kitchen for our needs. The fitters were great and nothing was
too much trouble. They made sure that we were happy at every stage of the
process. The end result was indeed the kitchen we've always wanted and one that looks spectacular.
