We had our kitchen designed and fitted by City Kitchen Centre and some 20 years later it still looks as good as when it was fitted and the layout still works as well. Overall an excellent design which still gets comments. But after 20 years the dishwasher started to show its age and was playing up. Malcolm and co were happy to recommend, supply and fit a replacement. This was done quickly at a competitive price and you would not know they had been! Highly recommended.

We are really delighted with our new kitchen We chose City Kitchens because they can offer the complete package- design, removal of the old kitchen and project managing the plumbing, electrics, fit and paint and working with Clarkā€™s flooring so the whole thing comes together in a carefully choreographed whole. What really swung it was Malcolmā€™s design- he really listened to what we wanted but also gave us expert advice and pointers about things we hadnā€™t considered - for example checking whether I cooked in bare feet or heels and showing us how to make sure the appliances were at the right height. Melanie is a formidable project manager and everything was delivered on time, with the various trades scheduled in smoothly. Marian is a complete expert in appliances but also the team were conscious about costs and advised us which appliances we should keep when we had assumed everything would need to be replaced. The kitchen was expertly fitted by Kevin and painted beautifully by Luke in situ. The price was very reasonable especially given the quality and all snags dealt with effectively by Kevin and Lee - you have to live in the kitchen for a while to make sure it all works as planned and the team came back a couple of times when we noticed small snags. City Kitchens have transformed how we use the kitchen from being a square box which was not pleasant to work in to a space that is convivial and welcoming , stylish and practical. If you are looking for a kitchen that works for you, is delivered on time and on budget then give them a call.

Just donā€™t botherā€¦.zero communication following initial visit and measure upā€¦.no talk of timescaleā€¦..visited the showroom weeks after the visit to be assured he was on itā€¦.after months of nothing I called and a message was left assuring he would call back and he never didā€¦..a week or so later I emailed with zero responseā€¦.. I called later that evening to be told he was just about to respond and that he had been snowed under by his other commitmentsā€¦.at this point I told him to forget it. I would advise you to do the same.
