The fitters James and Richard were brilliant to work with and did a fantastic job.

STOP!! Don't go anywhere else!
From day one of stepping into the showroom was a delight, very laid back with no pressure and these guys know there stuff. I had very little idea of just what I wanted and gradually we came to a great choice and amazing price!
The delivery I put back a couple of times....no problem....I changed the colour of the unit mid way.....no problem...I had to even change the size of the shower screen and no problem! The service I was shown was first rate, always polite and a friendly family approach to business.
Extremely professional and trusted company to deal with.

We had a great experience with City Bathrooms. The planning process with Adrian went smoothly he was helpful and polite and we never felt rushed or pressured. We could contact him if we needed any clarification. He sent us plans and mock ups to visualise stuff too. We had time to make decision and choose tiles etc. He gave us recommendations and options to choose from to reduce costs to suit our budget.

The fitters Craig and Cliff were friendly, polite, tidy and very respectful of our house. They finished our bathrooms to very high standards and their attention to detail was great. Still can’t get over amazing it looks!!

The only reason why I have given 4 stars instead of 5 as there were a few hiccups that could have been avoided however once brought to their attention they were great and rectified it. No one is perfect

I would recommend them to family and friends and in the future when we need our kitchen doing we will defo be obtaining a quote.

Dave was also great checking up on the progress and asking if we had any issues throughout the project

We also had left over tiles that were collected and refunded which was great.

If you want great service and high quality bathrooms then defo use!

So happy with our new bathroom installation. A complete team effort from Andy, Jamie & Dave, with special credit to John, Scott & Harvey. Received an excellent service from Adrian Gosling and the Team on the design and product side if a bathroom refit. There was no pressure no hard sell, plain professional honesty and customer focus. Thank you!!! I would also like to commend Scott Beasley, the fitter who provided an excellent service, with Stephanos. The quality of the workmanship, care is 5* and honesty counts massively, especially in the world of plumbing. The aftercare and follow up by City Bathrooms has been fantastic and I fully recommend them.

After feeling let down by a few other companies only doing a fit, I found City Bathrooms on Facebook and thought what the heck I’ll send them a message. Within hours I had a consultation and was blown away by the choice in the showroom. Dog friendly too so it was a day out for all the fam! Andy was helpful and patient as I ploughed through my Pinterest board and we planned a refurb of 3 bathrooms together. The fit was booked promptly with Scott who came by before the job started to go through it all with me. Scott and Stef were amazing throughout the 2 week fit. Arranging all the jobs in turn and managing several swaps when things weren’t quite right. Neil “the machine” driver was also superb and didn’t quibble once about coming back several times. Dave also checked in throughout to check I was happy. The finish has far exceeded all expectations, I couldn’t be happier and have already recommended City to everyone I know! Now thinking about redoing the kitchen they are that good!

I am very satisfied with my new bathroom and its installation by City Bathrooms and Kitchens. From start to finish their customer service was impeccable, very friendly and approachable. Adrian was a star; he took the time to show me different styles and designs to suit my space and budget. Not once did I feel pressurised to decide and the door was left open for me make changes along the way if I needed to do so.

The work was completed sooner than I expected which was a bonus, and when I pointed out little omissions these were addressed straightway. John and his colleague were very considerable and respectful of my home.

Dave from the aftercare team has been great, checking and ensuring I was happy with my bathroom and the service received. Again, he reassured me that if there was anything I was not happy with they would do their utmost to address.

I cannot fault the care and attention that has been shown by the team at City Bathrooms and Kitchens.

I recently had my bathroom fitted and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, with great attention to detail in every aspect of the installation.

They kept the workspace tidy, completed the job on time, and were always happy to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend.
