Visited Cheshire Tile and Bathroom back in January as looking for a new bathroom, spoke with Lindsay who was fantastic, we have a very small bathroom and wanted to completely redesign it. Lindsay spent time with us over a couple of appointments, looking at different ways of adding in everything we had on our wish list. There was no pressure at all even when we had to locate another plumber to undertake the work. Very simple ordering process and everything arrived as requested and on the date we requested. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for due to the great knowledge and patience from the staff at Cheshire Tile & Bathroom. It was wonderful to have a named contact - Simon Deakin in our case - to connect with at every stage. Simon was always helpful, honest and knowledgeable which allowed us to make the right decision. Even though we live 200 miles away we were happier dealing with Simon than local suppliers and ended up re-fitting 5 bathrooms with his help.

We had a great experience with Cheshire Tile and Bathroom when looking to fit out a new shower room, en suite and for a separate freestanding bath. I spent around 3 hours with Simon on my initial visit considering all the options, he was very knowledgeable (and patient!) and I didn’t feel under any pressure to buy. Communication throughout was prompt, delivery was on time (including a couple of items that came directly from the manufacturer) & there was no issue at all pushing back delivery of the bath when we were a week behind schedule. The products themselves look beautiful (especially the bath) & are really good quality - in fact our plumber said they are much better quality than some of the recent ‘designer’ ones he has fitted!
Overall I would thoroughly recommend Cheshire Tile and Bathroom for products, (price and quality) and the great customer service!
