Phenomenal customer experience. Was recommended to check this place out by our bathroom fitter and was given some great advice and options by Anthony in July. Bathroom completed and sat on the unused (Boxed) tiles several months later, and fully accepted with a restocking fee, no hassles an everyone super courteous and helpful.

Very good. Huge range of floor and wall tiles and the sales team were helpful, knowledgeable and very good with their communication. Purchased some tiles years ago from CTW. They couldn't get the exact match due to the age of them, but they sent all the info to the manufacturer who managed to get a very close match to our original tiles and got them to me within 5 days. Very good service
