Taken a while to get this review completed, but have to say Craig, Aimee and Liam have all been fantastic throughout our bathroom conversion.

The quality of the products, design and fitting has been excellent and we highly recommend them, in fact both our daughters have also now used the services of Castlewater for recent bathroom renovations

They have a fantastic range of products including some very competitively priced in their new Clearance warehouse, well worth a look on there for some homewares as well

What can I say, the best bathroom supplier in Castleford. The team are so friendly and welcoming without being pushy. We were guided by Danny who was extremely knowledgeable helping us choose the correct products for our small Cloakroom. He pointed out the pros and cons of all the products we looked at. His communication is second to none. On delivery Danny was with other customers so Liam filled in for him and did an excellent job. We were made to feel extremely valued customers. Don't even bother visiting the others!

Very helpful and accommodating with regards to the number of times we changed our minds about the design and fittings for our new bathroom. Paul was knowledgeable and patient. There is a good range of products on display and we were given plenty of time to decide on what we wanted. Our bathroom won't be fitted until February 2021 though, so watch this space!

Absolutely fabulous service from our very first visit to the showroom to the installation of our new bathroom. We were dreading the process of no bathroom but Liam Barrick, our fitter was amazing. Such a smooth process, no problems, the tilers who Liam arranged, GH tiling, were great too, No mess, no fuss just a brilliant job from start to finish will definitely recommend and he finished a day earlier than anticipated ! Fabulous, thanks guys for a first class job, well done 👍

From the moment we walked into the showroom we were very impressed, the staff made us feel completely at ease, we was able to look around without any pressure to buy. First time I have used this Company, first class service from walking in the door of the Showroom to completed job. Chris helped me sort out the products I required for our new Shower Cubicle and Shower. He explained about the products and passed my details to an excellent plumber called Sean Kirk. I did ask alot of questions to make sure this hopefully would be our last shower refit as the past two had many problems!! Different Company and different plumber.
Sean was the very best plumber I have ever met, he knows his stuff and has done an excellent job for us, we are very pleased with the results, I am very fussy person, this review is genuine! I would not hesitate to recommend this Company and Sean Kirk as the plumber.
