Amazing from start to finish. Laura and Tom and their team are very professional and are great at what they do. Laura created some lovely designs, gave very helpful advice and nothing was too much trouble. Tom’s workmanship and attention to detail is spot on and to an exceptionally high standard. His team were very thoughtful and considerate when working and always left everywhere clean and tidy at the end of each day. We were very pleased with the finished results in both the en-suite and main bathroom, everything was just as we wanted it and we would highly recommend them to everyone. We would definitely use them again for any future projects.

Laura and Tom recently sourced and installed stylish new radiators throughout our home. As always they were both an absolute pleasure to work with. Laura listens and facilitates the process of deciding what is right for the space, she is knowledgeable and can track down exactly the right products. Tom is a perfectionist when it comes to the installation. He puts a lot of time and thought into how to achieve the best outcome both functionally and aesthetically. During the installation process he and his team are easy to have in the house and leave it clean and tidy at the end of each working day. The standard of his work is exceptional. Once again I am absolutely delighted with the end result. Inevitably, because they are so good they are busy, but this level of quality is certainly worth waiting for.

From the initial consultation, through design and implementation, the service provided was excellent. Laura, Tom and Matt are all highly professional and extremely skilled at what they do.

Perhaps the most striking thing about Carter Thomas is the attention to detail. We had asked for the family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom to be replaced at the same time which could have been challenging. However, Tom arrived with a clear plan which he shared with us; crucially, they stuck to the plan and we were always well-informed on progress and forthcoming tasks. At the end of each day, the area they had been working in was left neat and tidy and, importantly, clean.

We would thoroughly recommend Carter Thomas to anyone who asked: they are very good at what they do!
