Absolutely amazing customer service! We have just had a Neff oven, hob and dishwasher supplied by Callerton! Wow life changing everything can be controlled from your phone and truly didn’t realise how much easier this would make life and cooking more enjoyable. Will be using Callerton again!

I don’t think I can give Callerton Kitchens enough stars! And I’m not sure how my review can do them justice as they are absolutely fantastic at what they do. From the initial design by Sam (who knocked it out of the park and thought of things we hadn’t even considered!), to the installation by Derek and the tweaks by Rob to Kevin who looked after us all the way through made one brilliant overall experience! A special mention must go to Lucy who answered my questions quickly and helped us all the way through with everything, she is a star and excellent at what she does! I will not hesitate to recommend Callerton to everyone I know as aside from the above, the actual kitchen is outstanding and a place we will love for many years! To top it off Lucy emailed me this evening to show me how to redeem a free wine promo from NEFF- service you just don’t get from the likes of Wren and Howdens. What must also be mentioned is how reasonably priced Callerton are for the quality of products produced, we in no way felt we were being pushed to buy anything like you do in a lot of kitchen places, they genuinely want to get you the best value for money! Finally we even arrived home to the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen on Thursday! Don’t think twice about using Callerton 😀

We're really loving our new kitchen. Grace at Callerton designed us a kitchen which really works for us and looks great. The folk at Callerton kept us up to date during the work. Callerton and the contractors managed the project from start to finish. This was more than just a new kitchen - there were walls moving, new radiators, electrics and flooring. I would certainly recommend them.

We had a Kitchen designed and fitted by Callerton Kitchens few years ago and we are very happy with the quality of the units and the installation.
We recently discovered a problem with the tap when rust started appearing under the chrome.
Things can and do go wrong. When this happens you want to have good customer service to get the issue resolved quickly. After a few years some companies might not have put in much effort to help. When I contacted Callerton Kitchens they were just as helpful and enthusiastic to help as they were when the kitchen was being fitted.
They contacted the tap supplier who sent out a complementary replacement and Callerton Kitchens arranged for this to be fitted.
Thanks to Lucy at Callerton Kitchens the tap is like new again. Many thanks for the outstanding customer service, something of a rarity today.

Some years ago I purchased a white high-gloss kitchen, which was superb in quality and style. In the last year or so, I began to notice yellowing/staining on most of the edges of the drawers and cupboards, and the kitchen began to look very unattractive. I contacted the company. They were extremely concerned and conducted a thorough investigation including back-tracking every stage of the manufacturing process, and discovered there was a fault in the gluing process at one of the suppliers. I was informed that all of the doors and cupboards would be replaced at no cost to me. I had anticipated, quite wrongly, that I would have difficulty getting replacements as the kitchen was out of guarantee. Callerton was determined to find out what had gone wrong in the manufacturing process of my kitchen, particularly with regard to it never happening again to any current or future customers. I was kept fully informed at every stage. I am delighted to say that my kitchen refit has taken place and is resplendent once again. This is customer service at the highest level and I cannot express my thanks to everyone involved for the effort they made to rectify the situation.

Imaginative design of a planned new kitchen lay-out for us by Callerton designer Francis Russell. Francis took great care in understanding our requirements and he produced several very good design options for us. Due to unforeseen circumstances however, sadly we were not able to proceed to implementation. We have no hesitation in recommending a visit to Callerton and their extensive showroom.

We have been living with the kitchen for a couple of months now since completion and we are absolutely delighted with it. The design that Peter came up with was somthing we had never considered and is so much better than the design another company had given us. The quality of the units are excellent and we are delighted with the kitchen appliances that Peter recommended to us he definitely knows his stuff. The trades people that installed the kitchen were polite and professional and done an excellent job. As with any project a few issues cropt up during the installation but we were delighted with the way Callerton handled this, they always acted promptly and decisively. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.
