Excellent service, my mother in law left her passport in Devon and we only found out at 3pm with our train leaving from London at 9am the next day. They collected it from farm and delivered it to Hackney that night - The tracking could be improved as it lagged and did not provide courier location but otherwise a very good service

Fantastic service from start to finish. The tracking email notifications are incredibly helpful making communications flow easily without the need to stop what you are doing and call up! Very quick to respond and are always willing to help when you find yourself in a pickle. Polite, helpful and most importantly reliable. Price point is also very competitive which is a breath of fresh air in these times. We would certainly recommend this logistics company. 10 out of 10! 5 stars all round!
