Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff who had no interest in serving us. There must have been about 6-7 sales staff working but no one offered to help us whilst we were walking round - despite some sitting with nothing to do. Even when we asked for help they had no interest in actually wanting to offer us anything and fobbed us off and told us to contact them online.
They've lost some very easy busy as we'll just go elsewhere now.

Show room has lots of choice and good quality products in addition to the quality advice and guidance,

Kevin Baylis was brilliant and very professional in helping me design and choose bathroom fittings. He was patient, knowledgeable and willing to listen to what we wanted and then identify the right product. Kevin's support and guidance was very much appreciated.

Also a word about staff at their Garth Road Depot (including delivery staff), where the staff were very friendly and helpful in resolving technical issues. One helpful suggestion would be that they contact you a day before the delivery day with estimated time of arrival.

Purchased all the fittings and fixtures for our new bathroom. Great show room lots of choice good quality at reasonable prices. The big stand out is the quality of the advice and assistance. Cannot recommend Nick Ramsy too highly. He took our half sorted ideas and helped us turn them into a fab new shower room. He made all the difference dealing with all the specification and ordering just brilliant.

Burge & Gunson were extremely helpful and responsive in helping me to design, and purchase my new bathroom. The delivery was also timely, and everything arrived.

Post-sales, the customer support has been severely lacking. My expensive shower mixer valve became faulty after a year of use. I contacted Burge & Gunson for help - surprisingly their tone was different to what I experienced pre-sales: complete lack of interest, motivation to help. I never received an update from the salesperson who had been so helpful a year ago as to how I can get support for my faulty part. Eventually, I got a replacement after contacting the manufacturer directly.

On the one hand, I guess Burge & Gunson's role is just to sell the parts to you and therefore, I shouldn't expect them to provide better aftercare.

On the other hand, their parts are extremely expensive and therefore, it should be fair to expect that they either will not break down, or you should receive better help when they do.
