We visited Bubbles and Dreams from a recommendation from our bathroom fitter. Not having a clue what we wanted, we found the help and advice that Mark provided was invaluable. Mark came and measured up and a week later we went in and ordered our bathroom furniture and fittings. Marks recommendations were very welcome and the end result is a beautiful new bathroom. We also took some items back that our fitter said we didn't need and there was no quibble and an instant refund. A great company to deal with and highly recommended.

Awful company to order from, took my money and sent no order confirmation whatsoever, when I had to chase them up because I had not received my order or any correspondence from them whatsoever I received a phone call telling me the item I ordered was out of stock upon ordering! Didn’t bother to inform me of this! Asked me to wait another five days for it to come in stock and promised it would be sent that day via next day delivery! That day arrived and went and no order arrived! Upon chasing them up once again a staff member emailed me (the first ever email off them!) and lied in the email saying it had been sent out for delivery the previous week 🤔 guess she didn’t realise I had been informed the item was out of stock and they couldn’t deliver it before she sent the email! If you are going to tell your customers lies at least check what you’ve already told your customers before you trip yourself up!!!!! Needless to say I would never order from this company again, first and definitely the last time!!

In response to the owner who has replied to this review the toilet seat was most definitely bought from bubbles bathrooms Order No: 1323-BUB which was eventually delivered so you do deliver as well 🤔

Mike was extremely helpful. He even managed to get the VAT knocked off as we are removing a bath due to my wife’s disability. Saved us nearly £800. We’ve used them before & the quality was great & lasted the test of time.
