I don't usually write reviews but, having used BRITLINK a number of times over the last couple of years, I thought it necessary to share my experiences...
I have shipped goods to my family in the Caribbean 'many' times in the past and I was encouraged to try BRITLINK a couple of years ago. My first experience using BRITLINK was excellent, but I didn't expect that it would always be that way, and I was right... their service and my experiences just got BETTER and BETTER. Every time I use BRITLINK, they greet me as a valued customer.
Whether my consignments are large or small, whether I'm on the phone seeking help and advice, or visiting their premises in London... they always treat me like part of the BRITLINK FAMILY.
Their service is FIVE STAR, their prices are VERY FAIR, they treat me, and my goods, with the upmost CARE & RESPECT and they always go the extra mile to leave me confident and happy.
John, Connie, Jason & Jade (and the rest of the team whose names I've forgotten)... 'THANK YOU' for being the best SHIPPING COMPANY that I've ever used...

A seamless and smooth operation! Even in a middle of a pandemic. Connie was very responsive to any queries I had. Britlink were able to organise pickup from locations around London and I was also able to purchase items to send to them directly. The shipment arrived well packed and on time. Would definitely use them again!

I have been shipping with this company for a very long time. And have always received very good service. unfortunately my last shipment with them to Dominica was a fiasco. I paid for my shipment the day it was picked up. However, on trying to collect the bill of lading, I was told the barrel could not be released - could not understand why. Eventually I had to make several calls back to London on a mobile phone from Dominica to be told that I did not pay for the shipment - in desperation I said I would pay again by my credit card just to get the goods for my elderly parents - they refused. They only wanted a debit card - this meant another trip to my village and back to Roseau again, got there still not released. Another phone call. got back to London and checked my bank account and YES I did pay them - now have been trying for 3 weeks to get my money and everytime I call they said they are going to do it straight away - today was another call to them and yet again they said straight away. Very disappointed, will not be using again

Great service, anything you want it shipping they will collect/receive, pack, ship, large or small. Very efficient, good at problem solving, nothing is too much trouble, all at an economical cost. Give them a try, you wont be sorry.
