Item damaged in transit, no refund or exchange as it was beyond 7 days - way out of line with market practice. We are doing a big project so often open items sometime after delivery - a few months I accept but a matter of days?! Avoid - there are much better bathroom companies out there

Item ordered 3rd Feb. Email stated 3-5 working days for delivery. 17th Feb still no delivery received. Called Bradford Bathroom Company (that's the actual company name) and was told item not due in stock till 28th Feb and would be delivered w/c 3rd March.
No communication. Poor customer service.
Had to order item from elsewhere and no have to wait 5-10 working days for a refund.

I am saddened to read the negative reviews on this company, which in my opinion are unfounded.

I contacted this company when two other well known companies had let me down repeatedly promising delivery for the past two weeks to no avail. I am going in for a major cancer operation in a week and one part for my Burlington shower was required to ensure I could shower on my return home. I explained my situation and they pulled out all stops and arranged delivery by the next morning. Parcel was delivered as promised. I cannot rate this company highly enough! Their customer service, communication, understanding and empathy was outstanding. Heartfelt thanks to BBC!

Worst customer experience in a long time. Placed an order for a toilet seat, money taken immediately. No sign of the toilet seat, when I contacted them a few weeks later I was then told it was out of stock. I am now waiting on a refund which has yet to materialise.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Terrible Company! Took my money when the item was not in stock, clearly said delivery in 4 days, over a week later and still no refund.
I personally think selling stuff you knowingly haven't got should be outlawed. I certainly won't be ordering from these robbers again and if I don't get a refund VERY soon I will be contacting my credit card for a refund.

Renewing my shower I came up against changes in plumbing standard sizes (my pipes 135mm apart (now 150) & 22mm compression valves (now 15cm). Without wishing to undertake complete bathroom refurb I searched for options and found valves with variable fittings but the 22mm compression valve was more difficult until I came across the perfect solution offered by British Bathroom Co. I messaged them to double check measurements & received prompt reply. Delivery was trackable & on time & new shower now successfully installed. Great service.

Despite the poor rating, I ordered a tavistock cloakroom basin online. The quality of the product, delivery service and packaging was excellent. I cannot fault this company. The delivery was on time and no issues.
