Do not buy off these people, they took my money even tho the items were not in stock.
I can not get my money back of them (£405) despite promises to refund me. Any decent honest business would not treat there customers like this. Do not buy from a company that has no respect for the customers they have.

after 10 days of not receiving the item (kitchen sink) i chased it up to find out its out of stock & on back order from the manufacturer.
at no point had this been communicated to me so I opted for a refund which never happened.
currently I'm going via PayPal dispute to get my money back (in which they haven't responded to) as they have ignored all my emails & cant get an answer over the phone

avoid this company like the plague
i will never deal with them again myself or recommend them

I was sceptical based upon some reviews i read. Do not hesitate to use this company. Communication was excellent, quick informed delivery, pleasant delivery staff too. We had an issue with a sink being on back order, i was kept well informed and given the option to change. Recommend and will use again.

Ordered a cleaners sink with 5-7 day delivery time from the website. On the 8th day I emailed Bradford Bathroom Co as I needed to meet a dead line to be told my sink is out of stock. Cancelled the order so I could source the sink elsewhere but was then informed the refund would take 5 days. Pretty bad experience

Sent me a bath panel that was not as sold. I have been chasing then since 26th September that almost 4 weeks now and I have not got a invoice off them and have spoke to them 4 times since then. Bad customer service. Sent a bath panel that was 2mm think and said it was 5mm think the. Tries to sell me one for £65 more that was so called 10mm think but was 3mm think absolutely useless

and to top it all off they returnes the old panel and have not refunded it over 2 weeks later. Say away from them

Avoid this company! Also known as British Bathrooms, very much like a lot of negative reviews here the items never showed up and despite calling 4 times and being promised a delivery date nothing happened. They did process my refund immediately when requested which is one saving grace.
