I was disgusted today when I bought ac21/2 tin of paint which was £30.when a 5ltr Tin is £42.Had I known this I would of bought the 5ltr tin.Why Why is a smaller Tin so much more expensive than half.?
This is criminal and whilst I like the paint I will NEVER buy from B&Q again.The price should be no more than £23.NOT £30.
No wonder the cost of living is so high when this type of cheating is going on.

Large DIY store selling all you need for house and garden at reasonable prices. Selection of goods is immense and store is big and well looked after. Service is good although I did see some staff chatting and on phones.

I have visited the Evesham & Cheltenham (very big store) & Stratford store regularly in the last 3 months & the Evesham store compares very favourably to Stratford & even Cheltenham (although Cheltenham does have more stock) .
Plenty of products at reasonable prices ( Homebase was probably cheaper but its too late for that now !) .
Not many staff on tills but even so you isn't have to wait as long as a Supermarket.
Helpful staff , the other week I wanted 3 grey paving slabs but there was only 1 out , I mentioned it to the chap outside in the garden area & he said he'll get some out for me for the next day ( Can't us folk lifts outside when there's public about apparently ) . I was pleasantly surprised when he had indeed got a pack out the next day !.

Went to find paint sealer products, advised by painter. But only got one. Assistant left me to look by myself!. Then proceeded to. Checkout, only to be told it's self service.
Never tried it before. Lucky I had someone to help. Why , when there was several assistants near . Please go back to checkout assistants to put goods thru.. Not a good shopping experience. Will put me off going again
