I’m having a new bathroom fitted and needed to choose tiles for floor and wall, I needed to get this right as I have a large room to cover.
I went to boydon tiles in Croydon road,on Sunday I was impressed with the showroom set up, I spoke to Josh, and he was so helpful advising me about the finish of the tiles as well as the fact they can look totally different colour with different lighting, which was really useful to me as I have spotlights which are staying in the bathroom, he carried one huge tile and put it next to a tile that was set up in a bathroom display just so I could see how they looked together as the floor and wall tiles I want would meet !
Totally professional and so helpful !
When we went to the desk to do a quote based on the sizes of the room I met Ellie who was very helpful and friendly and much more professional like Josh , than I ever thought people of their ages ( 20-25 ) would ever be !
I’m ordering the contrasting tiles this week !

Very good place to shop for tiles (bathroom, kitchen, floor, outdoor patio) and bathroom accessories. There are a wide range of displays over 2 floors. Many of the tiles come in a variety of sizes. The staff are very friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

Incredible service and aftercare which you very rarely get from UK companies these days. I went to look for some times and a very pleasant young man helped me with finding tiles and sort out many samples to take with me so I can make a decision. Next day I called the branch and a young lady named Ellie was more than happy to help me with placing the order . She then arranged the delivery free of charge for the next working day. I needed more tiles so I called and she arranged for these to be delivered the next day ! There has been a bit of a mixup at the warehouse and Ellie offered to deliver the tiles herself the same day if needed. I am super impressed with the level of service. Even the builders were surprised. I have recommended Boyden to everyone I’ve spoken to since 🙂 Thank you so much Ellie and the team.
