Had a new bathroom from Bluewater 10 years which they designed and installed which we been very pleased with. Recently had a problem with the shower and went back to them. Nothing was to much trouble to help us resolve the problem which is now fixed. Would recommend them for the quality of products and excellent customer service . We were helped as before by Tracy she is a total credit to the business.

Couldn’t be happier with the vanity unit bought and the customer service was the best I had since I started renovations. Haps from the customer service team was particularly helpful, patient and reassuring, making sure they do everything possible to still meet the delivery deadline when there was a small issue with the worktop. Impressive product at a fraction of the price, everything carefully packed and included, as per the item description. Even the sink and tap, which were included, were a good brand and brilliant quality. Overall, extremely satisfied with the item and service. Would choose them again in the future. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

The only average with this company is some of the bathroom/toilets everything else I would stay away.
It's been 4 months now and still not finished the work contracted but required all money withought giving warranty they promised or receipts for most work.
They actually requested almost most part of one phase of the job upfront almost demanding it and in the end they couldn't install floor tiles. They actually required me to pay them even for that but in the end after negotiations they deducted that. Did I have to ask 2 times?
Their fitters/painters as they call them are the worst unfortunatelly, tiles installed are most hollow with no clue over all the area. Just patches even if I asked several times.
They use the cheapest paint they can find and quality of work is lowest possible

Very well packed. Finish of cabinets and ceramics first rate. Can't wait to see it all installed. Can highly recommend this company to deal with.

I've bought 2 bathrooms from this shop and been really pleased with the service throughout.

Great range of amazing bathrooms (& kitchens for that matter), so well worth a very long drive to see what these guys sell.

They even build cabinets, bespoke to the size that you need for things to fit in the space you have.

Retail and customer service and it should be.
