I can’t recommend Real Deal Bathrooms enough! We were impressed right from the start with the quality and variety of the products they had in their show rooms. Mike was very helpful, listening to what we wanted and then offering options, not pushy at all! No hard sell! He worked with us to create the bathroom we wanted and we ended up getting the whole bathroom from them. Delivery was excellent. We had a couple of issues (supplier) which Mike sorted out very quickly and it didn’t delay our installation.

Mike was polite and professional at all times and I would highly recommend using Real Deal Bathrooms to anyone looking for a high quality bathroom and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

Bathroom still our pride and joy. People who we show it too say it's "lovely" and "classy." The illuminating/heating mirror is great and a must have to beat the steam problem you get in bathrooms. Had a little issue with the shower screen leaking water onto the floor from the point where the two panels meet. Called Mike and mentioned it to him. He said that our bathroom fitter had installed it incorrectly. He contacted the company who they get the shower screens from and they sent someone round to correct the issue. All done as a good will gesture. Great customer support and service.

We were recommended by our bathroom installer (Andy from AC Plumbing and Heating solutions) to use Real Deal Bathrooms. We were doing a large renovation, splitting one large unusual shaped loft conversion bathroom into 2 rooms (an en-suite bathroom and a shower wetroom). We also added a sink to our small WC on the ground floor.

Mike at Real Deal was excellent throughout the process, especially given how bespoke the rooms were. We briefly explained what we were looking for and showed him a (crudely) drawn floorplan and within an hour he had talked us through and ordered everything we needed.

The quality of the products have been excellent so far, and the price was very reasonable. For any products that we wanted changing, Mike was very responsive and ordered the replacements very quickly.
