based on the extremely good work produced by Warren n Richard the Welsh wizards five stars ⭐ workmen n blokes. A full review will be added later to sum up Bespoke Bathing. The wetroom was completed on the 12th of August by Warren n Richard n Their flooring guy Martin can't praise these guys highly enough.
But it is a pity that Bespoke Bathing don't have their professionalism.
Let's start with Tony who came to give us a quote in Febuary.

What happens with the rubbish.
His answer it gets taken away daily.
My wife has mobility issues and we live downstairs so what happens with the loo. His answer the workmen will replace it of an evening.
We have very limited space to store stuff. His answer the workmen will bring the stuff in from a central store area in Pershore as and when required. How long will the job take .His answer was 4 to 6 weeks from payment of deposit. The sales rep was a South African called Tony coughlan. He also told us he was an ex fitter. We paid the deposit on March 11th he said we would receive a receipt with details of dates of when the job would precede.we received the receipt and were told they would be in contact with us. We then heard nothing at all. At the end of April I rang Tony he said he would get the office to ring.
We heard nothing I rang the office were told the person who dealt with new fittings would call me . No replies I kept ringing and was told there were delays but they assured me it would complete before our holiday on June 10th 2022. Guess what it wasn't. Are you starting to get the picture of office buck passing. The customer service dept run by Judith Cox is the worst I've ever experienced. We were told a date for the work to start at the beginning of July but we a phoned to say that the fitter had tested positive for covid . Which we totally understood.
As we had as well.. a new date was set for the 28th July. The stock was delivered and was cramped into what little space we had available.
The middle payment was taken as agreed but they also took the payment for completion on pending payment. A workman came in for 2 hours and ripped out the sink, shower, and loo.and left the rubbish outside the house.
He said 2 other guys would be back tomorrow. That didn't happen.
The next day 2 workmen turned up at 12.00 and spent 3 hours ripping the walls and ceilings down. They left by saying we will be back on Monday the 1st of August. We never saw them again. After many heated calls and much more buck passing. We were given a date of the 8th of August. We were so relieved to see the Welsh wizards 🧙♂️ they were brilliant we are very happy with the work . But not happy with the stress we were put through.
In our opinion they are a company that are not honest and prey on the elderly, disabled and the vulnerable.
If you do decide to use them nail them down on the wording of the contract maybe get your own legal advice.
Yours a very concerned customer we certainly won't use them again.
Please everyone be careful with this company . They talk a good job.
But unless they are pushed. If you aren't happy shout loud and hard. The job wasn't measured properly and the equipment suggested wouldn't have worked so it that we upgrade which cost us more money.

Do not pay this company any money! Had a Bespoke Bathing Company Ltd wet room installation last May, to say that there were not any issues along the way would be untrue. In October of last year we experienced a leak coming through the ceiling into the utility room below. I contacted the company and they dispatched a surveyor to come and assess the problems. So far so good……. After the assessment and verbal agreement with the ‘surveyor’ of what was required to resolve the issues, the company ceased to communicate with me, forcing me to take legal advice and seek to litigate against the company for breach of contract. I have today been informed by the legal team that were dealing with my case that the prospect of recouping any of my losses has declined to such a point that their advice was to not pursue the case any further. There are currently eight outstanding and unpaid County Court Judgements that have been issued against Bespoke Bathing Company Ltd in the last 7 months, the company’s accounts are listed as overdue and the process to strike of and dissolve from companies house listing is currently in process. With my unfortunate experience and opinion I would say Bespoke Bathing Company or whatever they are now calling themselves or whatever name they are now trading under, are not trustworthy and are unscrupulous, they take your money in good faith and then fail to deliver what they have promised. Proceed with this company at your peril.£ 9400.00 paid out for a sub standard installation, disgraceful.

Had a wet room installed in the first pandemic parts light but understand that with the pandemic but bathroom was not done to drawing my toilet overhang my door is leaking. The showerhead broke off in a month of having it was too small for me have MS so my moving is restricted and now that shower makes me feel even more restricted, Heard that the company went under They got 10 grand out of me because I wouldn’t pay the last thousand pound said that everything is out for warranty The shower and wet room smells of Damn

Absolutely dreadful company. Failed to turn up when they said they would. Six weeks now without a usable bathroom. Now being threatened if my review isn't removed they will not complete the work! They have taken £10k in payment so far! Avoid this company at all costs

`Christened` the new shower this morning. Very pleased. Steve`s team were very upfront and transparent with us - we were clear with our expectations and they were clear with how they intended to deliver to them. They are professionals- putting showers in is what they do, communication was good, when there was a delay in arrival the office rang us so we had zero problems. I did mention to Steve that some of the reviews have been less than wonderful but it is clear that he is committed to creating teams that work to a high standard and has had to let some staff go who were not up to the level of competence required for his standards.

Sadly the company and staff are just leaches upon society who prey upon those less fortunate. Like a good deal of people we have a court order of damages which is unpaid as they liquidated the firm.
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know as these individuals should not be allowed to get away with this.

These horrible people have conned my elderly grandad out of over £8000!!!
They have taken money upfront in two huge payments and not performed any work. They did not turn up when promised and have now become totally untraceable. All phone numbers are out of service & no reply on email.
We have found three addresses for this man also. Please do not pay this man any money!!

There was a delay in getting the job done but that seems to be common across all trades. Mum and Dad are happy with the end result and the installers who were polite and cheerful. All the rubbish was removed and any mess made was cleaned up. The job was completed within two days, which meant minimal disruption during the work.
