I chose Bennett's after visiting other showrooms because Lyndsay was so patient and helpful and I felt that she was sympathetic to my needs. I'm future-proofing for old age and had my bathroom completely refurbished, with the bath removed and a walk-in shower installed, including grab rails which actually look nice. There were some delays which were not the fault of Bennett's, but the friendly team showed great attention to detail and worked hard to get my job finished. I think my new shower room looks lovely!

Highly recommended company from walking through the door of the showroom to having complete bathroom renovation. Lindsay was excellent in giving good advice and suggestions with so much choice available! Liam came to measure up and was very helpful too.
Had everything replaced from bath to walk in shower, toilet, sink and vanity unit, electrics, completely retiled and new flooring. Gary the fitter was a gem and did an excellent job of everything with the finished result exceeding my expectations. Would recommend as a local, trustworthy company with a lot of knowledge and expertise.

Having had 2 quotes (to remove our bath and install a walk in shower), which were not to our taste, we googled Bennetts of Bromsgrove and turned up to browse the showroom. Lyndsay expertly talked us through the options available to us and knew we'd found the right company for the job. Dave, our fitter went above and beyond to ensure our requirements were fulfilled and he and Lyndsay were quick to suggest better adjustments to enhance our vision. Our downstairs cloakroom was also refitted - the two room refurbishments took a little under 3 weeks, rubbish was cleared promptly leaving very little mess
Thank you again Lyndsay, Dave, Liam and Darren the plasterer for such professional and reasonably priced work carried out by yourselves, I would urge anyone thinking of a new bathroom no matter how big or small a job, to go to Bennetts for a superior experience.

Had our bath replaced with a shower unit. The showroom staff were brilliant, with lots of ideas, and when Andy visited he was very positive about the choices available to us. We told him our budget, and the quote was bang on! Gary our fitter, was brilliant, did a very thorough job, and although we had a hiccup with the start date, due to a broken down van, the job took the three days originally quoted for and we couldn't be happier with the result. I would certainly recommend them!

I would 100% recommend Bennetts of Bromsgrove.
I had been to the usual bathroom outlets, ie b&q wickes and went through the usual planning, but felt it didn't make the decision making process any easier.
On entering Bennetts, we were greeted by Lindsay, who guided us through the process, bespoke to our budget.
I have to say at this point, it wasn't our cheapest quote, but very competitive, and to have a more personal experience, i was more than happy too pay a little more, and give my business to Lindsay who went above and beyond.
Professionalism seldom found these days.

I was recommended to use Bennett’s Bathrooms when I wanted to change over a shower room and neighbouring WC. After a visit to the showroom and several phone calls they sent along someone who regularly ‘works alongside them’ to assess the job. The work was finished at the end of October. Once I had cleaned up, the poor quality of the tiling work became obvious. The work was described as ‘substandard’ by another fitter. I wrote to Mr. Bennett thinking he would want to know about this and asked him to come to see for himself. He did not reply. After 2 weeks I sent him an email and an assistant replied a week later, telling me that the plumber had done work for the firm for many years and they were entirely happy with him. They told me to work with their recommended fitter to remedy the problem. I felt that if he was capable of doing the tiling satisfactorily he would have done so in the first place.
In the meantime there was a serious water leak from a towel rail he had plumbed in. This manifested itself when the emulsion paint in the kitchen below was lifted off the wall. An emergency plumber made a hole in the ceiling to locate the leak. I have let Bennett’s know about this but have had no response.
So be aware that if you ask Bennett’s Bathrooms to send someone to do work in your home you may well have a similar experience to ours.

We bought our bathroom from Bennett’s, we got fabulous expert advice to help us to make the most of the space. The rainfall shower is so lovely and the suite is modern and really looks great. It was within our budget and I’m so pleased with the service in the shop and the fitter was great. Would definitely recommend them.
