I cannot recommend Bella Bathrooms enough! Stephen was absolutely incredible—he took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understood each step of the process. I’ll admit, I haven’t been the easiest customer to deal with, but despite that, Stephen and the team have remained nothing but patient, professional, and understanding throughout. What really impressed me is that they even came back out 6 months later to help with an issue—talk about exceptional service! All the way through the process of receiving a quote to having the job completed has been excellent. Quote to supply, fit and remove bath was really competitive. Gav and Lilly arrived on time both very polite and friendly. Always kept me in the loop concerning what they were doing and progress with the job. Left the place very tidy and clean even more so than when they arrived. Would not hesitate to contact again. Highly recommended.

Do not make the mistake I did and hire Belle bathrooms

I contacted Belle bathrooms as I needed a plumber for my bathroom reno project. Gav got back to me over whatsapp and gave me a quote based on photos of my current bathroom and a proposed start date. I agreed to the quote, we had Rob and Callum come out to do 1st fit 2 weeks later, all seemed okay. They came back after the plastering had been done to move the toilet and fit the new soil pipe. I noticed they did not run the new soil pipe as high as the old one leading to a hole in my roof, I questioned them on this and they said they can’t install them that high as the hole is a different size, there was no forewarning of this and now I need to get a roofer in to fix the hole. After they had left we noticed 2 leaks either side of the toilet, I contacted Rob he said that it was something we could tighten. We attempted to fix it over the next 48 hours and during this period we noticed a leak on the old, rusty, seized stop tap we explicitly told them not to use and to use the new stop tap located just above.

I was contacted by Belle bathroom for an email to send an invoice of the work done so far, I gave them my email and received the invoice at 12pm. By 6pm that same day I was contacted by Gav to ask I paid that invoice the same day. I contacted Gav back and agreed to send the money that day however would appreciate a little warning in advance going forward for when they are sending an invoice if they expect same day payment. Gav refused to accept that he should have to give me warning, he said it was written in the T&C’s which are sent over email when doing a quote, however he did our quote over whatsapp and failed to send any T&C’s or expected payment schedule. I told him about the 3 leaks and Gav said it was because I did not want to pay the bill that I brought up the leaks, even after me saying several times that I would pay that day. Gav was extremely rude and unapproachable. He spoke at me over the phone in a condescending manner and I had to ask him several times to stop talking in order for me to tell him about his plumber’s errors and the damage that the leaks were causing. I even had to raise my voice at one point in order to speak, I apologised for this however Gav never once apologised for his rude and abrupt manner. Gav told me that I would have to pay for the plumbers to come out to fix the stop tap, he was too busy talking over me to hear me say that they used the wrong stop tap, when he finally heard it he had very little to say. Gav continued to be ill-mannered and ended the conversation abruptly by telling me ‘I am just trying to eat my tea’.

The plumbers returned the next morning to ‘fix’ the leaks, they overtightened the stop tap significantly reducing the water pressure. They disconnected the water from the toilet and left us with a water pipe with a tap on the end and a bucket as the method of flushing the toilet. There was no communication from Rob to us about options regarding the toilet, we would have opted to keep the small leaks rather than a toilet that does not work! We have hired a new plumber and he has fixed the miss-measured shower pipes which would have led to a wonky shower, incorrect fitting under the bath, and no waste pipe for the sink in our freshly plastered room. When we rung Gav to say we no longer required Belle Bathrooms services he did not seem surprised. These errors have caused us to incur extra costs and significant delay to completing our bathroom. I do not want anyone to make the mistakes I have and hire belle bathrooms or have to speak to Gav.

Belle Bathrooms just completed a rip out and install of a new bathroom in our guest en-suite. Tony and his assistant arrived promptly each day (even called prior to the project starting to introduce himself), was an absolute pleasure to have round the house whilst the work was being carried out. They were spot on with the quality of their work and were so tidy each day, hoovering and ensuring the room wasn't left a building site. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Can't wait to use them again on future projects! Five star from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tony was brilliant kept us up to date with everything that was happening ensured we was really, Kelly ensured we was happy and also kept up to date and helped us out on their option when we was stuck. Great Value for money really friendly couldn't ask for more. Thankyou all I love my bathroom
