Visited the store today with my partner and had the most amazing experience with Lauren. She was so helpful and informative without putting any pressure on us to buy the rings we were looking at. Will definitely be going back to this store in the future and would recommend it to anyone else looking for high end jewellery. Excellent service today from Rebecca. She spent a long time with me helping me to decide and find the perfect watch, and I couldn’t be happier with what I went for. She took time to listen to what I liked and went back and forth several times with different choices. It was my second time purchasing jewellery from this store and both experiences were just as good. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Lauren served me on my second visit, she spend time with me, I felt listened to and she only gave me helpful information. Overall amazing experience.

The aftersales care is none existent. My necklace broke after a month and when I returned it they sent it to head office to be inspected only for them to say it was not a manufacturing fault and that some “trauma” must have occurred. I had told them that as I was feeding it around my neck after fastening it it broke , so they are saying that I am lying to them! After going round and round with me saying I wasn’t happy and the sales assistant saying there was nothing they could do , I said I would have it repaired elsewhere as I no longer had faith in their company and felt like I was being palmed off so they didn’t have to take responsibility for it. I took it into another jewellery store which does repairs for a quote and they pointed out that if it had been pulled the clasp would have given way first not the thicker part at the front as it is a lariat design and it has snapped where it is soldered together. Shocking lack of customer care and will never use them again.
