Bayliss have been incredible. From start to finish we’ve been really pleased with their work. They designed a bathroom better than we could’ve imagined and delivered on the build. The customer care team were in touch before, during and after the job ensuring we were happy and sorting out any queries. The job was well run and built by Rob, who was an absolute pleasure. He was always smiling and keeping us up to speed with what was going on which was appreciated. He was courteous in our home and despite the messy work ensured he cleaned up daily. He delivered on the build and we cannot wait to start enjoying our new bathroom properly. He’s a real credit to Bayliss. We would definitely use Bayliss again and will be singing their praises for years to come!

We have had a really good experience with Bayliss when refitting our en-suite. They have been so helpful and professional from the beginning when we met with Jake in their showroom who helped to come up with a design that we were really happy with and he understood exactly what we were looking for. The wait time for the work to start was quicker than we expected. Matt was our fitter, helped sometimes by Jordan and both were friendly, approachable and professional and we are so pleased of the standard of the work they did. As well as this, they cleaned up after themselves each day leaving it spotless. There was also courtesy calls throughout the time of the work being carried out to check we were happy with everything.

We would definitely recommend Bayliss and would use again if needed! Thank you so much.

A brilliant experience with Bayliss Bathrooms and Kitchens! I had a bathroom and kitchen delivered and installed simultaneously to perfection. The expert fitters were tireless and the sales staff were always on hand to attend any detail. The MD arrived at 8am on Day 1 to lead his team in, and kept an eye on the project to completion. Everyone was polite, professional and friendly, and the highest standards were maintained throughout. And, better value than the others I explored. There was a clear sense of pride in their work, from price to the final polish.
