Mack has done an amazing job with our bathroom.

We had a bad experience with a previous installer and Mack set things right – from the moment we met him, we could tell he’s someone with a keen eye for detail…. Something which I’ve learnt is crucial when it comes to bathrooms!

Mack set to work with his design software, to design our ideal bathroom/wet room. Seeing our wet room design beforehand was super helpful as it helped us to make key decisions around how we wanted things to look - such as the shower alcove.

He then installed the wet room/bathroom for us with his team – ripping out our old bathroom and installing Schulter waterproofing (a much better system of waterproofing compared to what many contractors use – its worth it) throughout before executing brilliant tiling with his crew and installing our fixtures perfectly. We love our heated floor and heated wall – perfect for drying out towels without the need for a bulky radiator taking up space - a suggestion from Mack, which we're glad to have gone with!

We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Mack to anyone looking at redesigning their bathroom or getting a wet room installed – his overall work ethic is fantastic and he regularly stayed late some evenings with his team to make sure things were done to the best possible standard. Whenever small challenges cropped up (as with any project), he communicated them to us quickly and helped us find solutions that worked for our design. He’s also super responsive which we really appreciated!

Mack and his team did an amazing job on my bathroom. I had terrible problems with a previous badly done installation which led to leaks, and Mack’s expertise and Schluter system was exactly what I needed. The bathroom now looks amazing (‘like a 5 star hotel’ according to the first person who saw it) and more importantly, I know that it’s been done to a great quality with waterproofing and good workmanship as the top priority. Mack did a really fantastic job transforming our small downstairs bathroom into a beautiful and really enjoyable wet room. We were really blown away by the result.
