Nightmare! We had a dreadful experience each department not communicating with each other. We had a complete new bathroom with mess in every room of the house, a leak through the ceiling into our kitchen (which wasn't put right), a leak under our sink which caused damage.We were without a toilet for 12 days & nights. Wrong parts were delivered. Operational manager not responding. The end products good quality. However we would NEVER recommend bathstore to anyone without warning them that there will be mess, disruption, inconvenience and no support. Mr & Mrs Merchant.

Show you one thing sell you another and then pull the 'you signed for it' stunt. Managers, Call Centres all wash their hands of the problem. Can't be trusted avoid like the plague
